Pilates by Kirsty is an online Pilates studio created by Kirsty Spencer. Dedicated to finding your Form, At Home, there are three different class types available, ranging from five to 45 minutes and suitable from beginner to the most advanced Pilates practitioner. The classes are efficient, effective and most importantly, they are enjoyable. Kirsty Spencer, founder of Pilates by Kirsty, fell in love with Pilates in 2017 and has never looked back. She completed her instructor training in 2021 and is qualified in Reformer, Mat Pilates and Pre + Post Natal. 'Pilates has changed my life in so many ways. It has given me a healthy body and enabled me to create a career from my passion. More than that, it has given me a healthy mind. It's my therapy, my happy place, my energiser and I truly look forward to each and every session. It has made me stronger, leaner and more flexible than ever before. There is something so powerful about Pilates and the mind-body connection it builds, and I aim to incorporate this into each class, alongside the six key principles of Pilates: centring, control, concentration, precision, flow and breathe.
